Contemporary villa, spacious and bright, situated near the vineyards of Chateauneuf du Pape (3. 6 km from the center of Chateauneuf du Pape and 2. 4 km from Bédarrides).
Equipped with a swimming pool in the center of the house (not covered), a large terrace with fully fenced garden.
We offer a villa of 240m² with unhedged indoor pool equipped with a roller shutter. 4 bedrooms all equipped with TV, 2 bathrooms with toilet + 1 separate toilet at the entrance and a bathroom in the pool house with WC. Large living room with kitchen, 1 large south facing terrace, pool house with summer kitchen, table football, tv, 1 450m² enclosed garden.
4 vehicles can park in the property.

Summary: We were a group of three couples that wanted a home base for attending the wedding of the son of a dear college friend at Chateau de la Tour Vaucros in Sorgues. This home, easily reached by car or taxi from Avignon, “The Cube,” was just perfection for our weeks stay. You can get to just about any town you may want to visit in the region using this as a home base for day trips- or enjoy the modern, well-appointed and comfortable home- lounging in the center pool courtyard while sipping aperitifs or local wines and enjoying the bounty of the fresh cheese, sausage, olives and bread from a local market. The home is very modern and automated- decorated simply and handsomely. Very secure home in a quiet residential neighborhood. So comfortable- we were there for a very warm week, but were able to stay comfortable and, of course, enjoy the stunning pool. Reliable high-speed WiFi. There are many spaces in and around the house for all to spread out- or come together. The kitchen is well-appointed with a big island for gathering. If you choose to have meals in- buying meats and produce at the local markets and grilling/eating outside was what we did most nights as spending time together was the imperative for the week. Our hosts Patrick and Florelle were so delightful and helpful with our check-in and showing us all the cool features of the house to enjoy during our stay. They stocked the kitchen with many of the staples needed before a trip to the grocery store which was above and beyond- and, of course, an excellent bottle of Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine to introduce us to the region’s bounties! We would recommend The Cube without reservation. A great home base to travel the Cotes du Rhone/Chateauneuf-du-Pape region- easy trips to Avignon and even down to the Luberon and Marseilles! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
