The Space
The recently built contemporary and spacious house is set in a calm & safe area of Kensington village. Set over 3 floors of living space, the house is well equipped and incredibly designed to the highest standards, accommodating up to 8 guests. It offers all the luxuries for your relaxing stay.
The layout of the house is the following: 4 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, open concept living & kitchen & dining area, game room, and laundry zone.
Once you are in the house you will find a sunny living space, where beautiful design and lovely décor will make you feel home away from home. The living room boasts plenty of seating, while large windows let in lots of natural light. Relax on a comfy sofa, turn on your favourite film, and enjoy the moment while the electric fireplace bringing the warmth & beauty of crackling flames.
If you enjoy cooking, there is a stylish brand new well-stocked kitchen with all the modern appliances you might need. The kitchen comes with an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, tea &coffee maker, etc. You can enjoy delicious meals or morning cup of coffee at the large dining table located right next to the kitchen.
The ground floor also features a half washroom for guests’ convenience.
Moving up the stairs you will find yourself on the upper level where 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms are located. All bedrooms are designed & decorated with style, featuring pristine linens and plush pillows while creating a perfectly peaceful sleeping environment. The master bedroom offers plenty of light and space, comes with a comfy king-size bed, a Smart TV, and ensuite luxurious bathroom with large windows, a glass walk-in shower, soaker tub, 2 sinks, and a toilet.
2 other bedrooms are very cozy, designed in warm & pleasant colors, feature queen-size bed, and share 1 full washroom (toilet + tub with rain shower). Washing and drying machines are located on the same floor.
The basement of the house offers a spacious game room with a comfortable couch crafted in an oversize style, Cable TV, arcade games that's perfect for families, or those who love to entertain. There is a number of shelves and a small fridge where you can store some snacks and drinks!
One of the bedrooms with a queen-size bed and another full washroom is also located on the lower level. AC, heating, complimentary toiletries, linen, free private parking, and other comforts for your convenient and carefree stay are provided.

Summary: Recent girls trip to Calgary.. the house is located in a very great location...close to very convenient amenities and uber rides to DT. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was in working order and the house is well stocked with kitchen items for cooking and entertaining. I would recommend and stay again.

Summary: I booked this place in February 2024 as it had such good reviews. Unfortunately, the listing wasn't very accurate, and when I tried to address it with the owner, it wasn't very satisfactory. However, I did make a booking error (adding one extra person by mistake), and he refunded me 150, for which I was grateful. The good: place was very clean and well located. Lots of amenities at the he property itself.The not so good: beds were listed as queens, but one upstairs was only a double. When I messaged the owner, he said most people were fine with doubles. That wasn't the issue - the inaccurate listing was.Place was listed as having a hot tub. It doesn't, it has a jet tub, and jets weren't working.Parking in the garage is shared with the VRBO next door, which wasn't made clear.But the biggest issue was that the eaves dripped water on the walkway by the door, which froze making it very icy and unsafe. I messaged the owner several times asking them to bring salt by, and they said they would, but they didn't, and as far as we could tell, they didn't put any salt down on the ice either. Luckily no one slipped, but we were very worried about it.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this property. The pictures are accurate and it’s an awesome location. Just outside downtown, great restaurant down the street too! We liked the easy access to Kensington. Lots of room for the four of us. We stayed at the same property last year and found this time it wasn’t as clean as last time. Prince was quick to respond that he will let the cleaners know. He had great communication with me through the whole process.
