8 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

This 19th century farmhouse has been renovated to provide guests with a unique alpine experience. Comfort, convenience and luxury were key in the design of this mountain retreat: original stone walls, floor heating, and luxurious materials. The floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple skylights offer incomparable view of the Mont-Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, the Taconnaz glacier and the Chamonix Valley. We have our own chef that can make the food of your choice, and a concierge that can help you during your stay at Chalet l’Orignal.
The Chalet is comprised of a main house sleeping up to 20 people. Bedrooms 3 to 7 have direct access out to a garden. There is a large wooden terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi and a sauna, all accessed through the old cave which has a shower and massage bed. If you need more space we have a 9 en-suite bedrooms chalet in the same neighborhood. .

Summary: This eight room chalet is located centrally and with excellent access to all attractions in the beautiful village of Chamonix. The interior is stylish and facilities in the kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi etc is all in excellent shape. We would love to come back to this magic place!

Summary: 13 friends enjoyed Original Chalet for a week in late June. Carmen and Andreea were responsive with any questions we had before we arrived. Carmen arranged for a Chef's dinner our first night so we we could relax in the Chalet without cooking and cleaning. I would highly recommend that! Andreea gave us a tour of the house when we arrived and stopped by midweek to see if we needed anything. The house is clean, large and comfortable. Each bedroom has a full modern bathroom. the hot tub and sauna were fun and we used them often throughout the week. The kitchen has everything we needed (and more!) to cook large dinners. I would recommend this chalet for families, friends and business retreats. Finally, the Chamonix experience is excellent. The town is set up for tourists, the shopkeepers and restaurants are friendly. The hiking and stunning views are the best in the world! Many thanks for a great week!

Summary: We really enjoyed our time here. Its walking distance from the shops, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and the sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful after a day of activities. The kitchen was fantastic with two fridges, ovens, dishwashers,sinks and a big island. Andreea was amazing as our host. Highly recommend!

Summary: 8 en suite bedrooms and a gorgeous kitchen and living room. Highly recommend for a group of friends. A walk to the bus stop and a decent journey to the major ski lifts, but a worthy compromise for such a great house! And the hosts were super accommodating for check in and check out.

Summary: Amazing view, great location within Chamonix and easy access to the main roads in the area. The facility itself contain all the components needs to makes our stay comfort and pleasant. We also required accessibility to disabled person and it was good as well (only for entrance floor). Highly recommended chalet.
