Summary: The unit is fully equiped and is a very comfortable place to stay. It is obvious the owners take pride in their house, the unit and the city. They are very responsive and friendly. Neighborhood is safe and conveniently located. Parking is easy. Recommend to anyone coming to the bay area.

Summary: Our stay was pleasant and perfect. Enough space for the two of us and our pup. Plenty of room for more as well. Quiet, convenient, and cozy. All the amenities that you need to get up and get going in this morning for this very modern mother-in-law unit.

Summary: Clean and recently renovated, this bright and cheery basement apartment is conveniently located near the the intersection of Oakland, Berkeley and Emeryville, and a short drive or Bart ride across the bay to San Francisco. There is a great biking and walking trail a few blocks away, with many good restaurants, parks and bars nearby. Remote check-in worked well, and Host Akeel responded promptly to all our communications. My wife and i enjoyed our 8 day stay in this charming property. We would definitely book again the next time we are in the area.

Summary: I travel frequently and book through VRBO as often as I can. This is one of the nicest places I've stayed. It's comfortable, spacious and very clean. I'm traveling to Oakland/Berkeley 3 more times in the next 2 months and I'm so disappointed this place is already booked. If you're in the area, stay here!

Summary: We stayed for two nights, the property was very neat, clean, and quiet. I heard people walking upstairs a couple times, but it was only during the middle of the day. The bed is firm, which isn't my favorite, but the sheets were so soft and comfortable. They also had a pack and play available which came in really handy. I loved the minimal decorations, it made toddler proofing easy. It got a little warm down there, but there was a fan available and we kept the windows open all night without any problems. The street parking got a bit tight, but we found a spot on the same block the whole trip. I would absolutely recommend staying here. The check out process was the easiest I have ever encountered, and the hosts were very friendly in the two email interactions I had with them.
