Negative: Didn’t think it represented good value for money. Room was just ok, didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel room quite basic, no drawers. Breakfast service was poor, coffee and breakfast items not replenished had to keep asking for coffee, burnt bacon. Breakfast dishes not cleared away. Again, not the service expected in a 4 star hotel.

Positive: The location is excellent, walking distance to the train station on a walking street, lots of restaurants and stores. The building is lovely and rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff was excellent, so helpful.
