Beautiful 1 bedroom unit with separate full kitchen/family room with private exterior entrance (w/lit keypad entry). Appx 600 Sq Ft. View beautiful Sombrero Peak as you wake! The unit is attached to the main house but has no access to the main house. We value our privacy as we value and respect yours.
The kitchen/family room boasts beautiful modern leather granite counter tops in grey greens and white with a waterfall edge. The kitchen also has a wall-mounted 40 in TV, washer/dryer combo unit, high ceilings, ceiling fan, comfortable leather sofa, glass hot plate with 2 heating elements, Microwave, floating computer desk/workstation and shelving. The sunny glass door exits to your private patio.
Lamps have USB outlets for easy device charging. We have a fold-away twin bed for additional sleeping (if needed).
The hallway hutch has granite countertop with a coffee maker and wine station w/ lots of storage. It is stocked with a Crock Pot combo air fryer & slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker/carafe, set of 6 white porcelain dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, drinking glasses, coffee cups. It also includes pots, pans, measuring cups & spoons, forks, knives, spoons, steak knives and food storage containers.
In the bedroom, enjoy a comfortable King size bed with electronic raise and lower functions, recliner, full length mirror, ceiling fan, beautiful glass top window barn door, ironing board, vacuum, shelving, hallway closet, two complete sets of crisp white sheets, bedding and towels, wall-mounted 32 in TV. Spacious bathroom has granite counter tops with shower and bathtub combination.
The bedroom looks out onto the front yard, trees and Sombrero Peak. You have a small, fenced patio in front on the side of your room to sit outside and enjoy the view! There is also a 9 X 12 private patio outside of the kitchen/family room with a table and seating. Also, comes with an outdoor griddle. Very private, great for pets.
Oro Valley Hospital is 13 miles away, 20-minute drive. Northwest Medical Center is 12 miles away, 15-minute drive. St Mary's Hospital is 12 miles away, 20-minute drive. Casa Grande Regional Medical Center is 54 miles away, 50-minute drive. Easy access to I-10 freeway (Twin Peaks & Silverbell are the cross streets).
You have access to two community pools within less than 1/2 mile, which includes a pool and jacuzzi with patios, barbecue grills, umbrellas and views! Sombrero Peak and Saguaro National Monument are a 5-minute walk with bike trails galore along the Rillito River!
Shop at Designer stores and enjoy restaurants to suit any taste within 1-5 miles.
Smoking is allowed outside only! One pet is welcome if you have more let's talk! We love animals :)

Summary: Great little private getaway for two. Everything was super easy from start to finish and the Hosts were Amazing to work with and so helpful for our whole party. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this place. Shopping, food, groceries, coffee, and access to highways and Outlet Mall are all super close! Parking right off the front door made loading and unloading super easy! Hopefully we can stay here again.

Summary: I stayed at this property & thought it was important to share some of the incorrect items listed for their property: --The studio/room is attached to the main house but has no access. This is FALSE. There are 2 doors that are locked inside the property. If the owner wants access, they can certainly have it. No access means that the walls are sealed over. This is not the case. The owner has access via 2 doors inside the apartment, not including the outside door in. --Your room has security/sound baffling opposite your doors for privacy. This is FALSE. I could hear everything inside their house, especially since this room is by their living room & they love to screech at their television during games. Whenever they had people over, I could hear ALL of their conversations. Don't add insult to injury by saying you have "sound baffling" - because that really does make this owner a liar. --Crisp white sheets, bedding and towels. Actually, you get ONE hand towel & ONE facecloth during your stay. TWO bath towels. Not enough for a 4 night stay. -- You have access to two community pools within 1 mile which includes a pool and jacuzzi with patios, barbecue grills, umbrellas and views! When I went to the pool, it was locked entry. When I asked if I could have entry as a guest, they told me that all visitors needed to have the owner WITH them. So I didn't get to have access to this at all. & well, you won't either (legally). So really again - this owner is a liar & doing something they're not supposed to do. Take note VRBO & have them take that part of their listing OFF. That's all. I was very irritated to have to listen to a family's TV & hear their conversations every waking moment. For 4 nights, it gets a bit exasperating. Wish I could have a refund, because can tell you I'll never use a VRBO again because of this property. Just can't trust it.

Summary: The host was very friendly and we appreciated her welcoming our dog with treats, and a dog bowl. We appreciated the basket of goodies. Our only complaint was drains in both the shower and bathroom sink did not work well at all. We would not plan a return visit due to this very inconvenient issue. Summary: If you want a clean (I mean clean) place to stay around Tuscon, and don’t want to spend a lot of money, but want something comfortable and nice,…this is the place. We wanted something close while visiting relatives here and didn’t need to spend a lot of money since we’d basically be with relatives. Well, this place has all you want (microwave, refrigerator , TV, and great hosts) for a great rate. I definitely will come back when we get together here again.
