Summary: Noelle and her family are incredible hosts and made the whole weekend so easy for us. The property is so close to the Notre Dame campus and was walkable for the football game. There was so much room in the house for our large group. Noelle was so responsive and made the whole weekend great. Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We couldn’t have had a better stay. From our first contact with Noelle, she was the perfect host. She kindly stocked a few essentials in the refrigerator. The backyard was perfect for hanging out every evening. We had 8 slightly-above-middle-age guys. Each of us had our own bed to sleep in, and there was another futon and air mattress that could have accommodated two more. The house is perfectly located. From it we walked multiple times to campus (less than one mile to stadium), to Rocco’s Pizza, and to bars and restaurants on Eddy St. Everything about the state was 5-star and this house will be our first choice for any future ND visits!

Summary: Great location and good option for large groups. House is a little older, with that comes great charm and a few squeaky floor boards. Owner communication was great and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay on a football weekend. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future.

Summary: We rented this property for our family and friends from Boston College foe the ND-BC football game. The online photos of the house do not do it justice.. It is very spacious - the bedrooms are spread out and there is a very large living room/TV room with tons of seating and a great TV, as well as as a well-equipped kitchen and another living room area at the front of the house. It was an easy walk to the stadium (even in frigid temperatures!) and a great space to hang out with our daughter and her friends and their parents. We were very happy with this property! Noelle, the owner, was very responsive and helpful and even provided some food, a gift basket and toiletries for us!

Summary: We had such a great weekend staying at this property for the ND Clemson game. It was exactly as described on the listing. We were 2 adults and 8 teens. Plenty of space to hang out for larger groups and plenty of bed space. The house was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The host, Noelle, even had breakfast supplies there for us - homemade muffins, eggs, OJ, milk, etc. She was very easy to work with and to get in touch with. The property is in a great neighborhood, only a 12-15 minute walk to Eddy Street and ND stadium. I would highly recoomend this property.
