Located just a 5 minute walk to the heart of Northstar
Village, this remodeled ski-in, ski-out condo will comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Summer or winter, Northstar has a lot of activities and restaurants to enjoy. Skiing, ice skating,biking,and golf are a few located in Northstar. Truckee is a 10 minute drive away, and beautiful Lake Tahoe 15-20 minutes away(Kings Beach). River rafting is also a popular summer activity.
This cozy condo has 2 floors. The bottom bedroom has a queen bed and is private for 2. The upstairs area has a queen and 2 twins with another full bathroom. The well equipped kitchen has ample room to cook meals. The shared laundry room is located right outside the door.
The clubhouse has a workout facility, pools, hot tubs, and arcade.
Shuttle service is available from the condo to the village.
Week night is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

$500.00 deposit, refundable

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this cozy condo. The unit appears to have been refreshed recently, so was sporting new appliances and countertops. The space was spotless, check-in was super easy, and the unit had everything we needed - including puzzles! There were only 2 of us on this visit, but if we had had a larger party, I imagine we would have enjoyed the second queen-sized bed plus the bunk beds.The Ski Trails condos on this level run from Condo/Village Run and Big Springs Gondola (the main side), to Coyote Fork and the Highlands Gondola. This is located on the Highlands Gondola side. Most days we just drove over to the Big Springs side and embarked from there. But we did have to walk once and it was a decent trek (8 minutes?) with ski boots over an icy pavement. Sometimes you can safely take Coyote Fork down to the Highlands gondola or back to the condo, but that route had not been groomed recently and so was quite treacherous on the day we tried it (I'd consider it Advanced terrain that day - and apparently everyone was smarter than I as my skis set down the only tracks - but we've had better luck with that option on prior visits).Anyway, driving over to the Village Run side is highly recommended. ;)

Summary: Great place to stay for a ski vacation. We stayed three nights with a family of four….More than enough space! Very clean and well kept. We enjoy nice things and this condo was well furnished and styled. Kitchen fully equipped for us to make a full spread on our last night and easy walk to the village for dinner the other nights. Most importantly, Martha is a 10/10 host. Will certainly stay here again.

Summary: Great spot for skiing Northstar. Note that Northstar gondola is not really walkable. You need to drive or call shuttle. The condo itself is very well equipped and comfortable.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at Northstar. This condo is a very short walk to the Coyote Fork ski trail at the end of the road, which leads to the Highlands gondola.

Summary: This was our second stay here and the condo did not disappoint! We are a family of 5 and loved the space and amenities. We used the kitchen to cook, the NOPA rec center hot tubs, and loved watching a movie with the fireplace on. Can’t wait to return!

Summary: My friend and I stayed here with our kids (ages 6-10) and it was perfect! Well stocked kitchen and blankets, great ski-in/ski-out location, and very clean. It's a bit of a walk through the parking lot to the ski trail, but my 6 year old did it no problem in about 5-10 minutes. Martha was easy to work with and we would stay here again.

Summary: We had a family of 5 (3 kids ages 7, 9, 11) and fit perfectly in the condo. It’s high quality furnishings, very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen made our stay so lovely. We loved the gas fireplace, big couch and bar stools for everyone. The locations was very convenient, and we also enjoyed the recreational center hot tubs. Martha was excellent to work with. We will be staying again and can’t wait!!
