Summary: The kitchen sink was not installed properly. The garbage disposal didn’t work properly. This caused water leakage all over the kitchen which I had to clean up twice!! Then the obnoxious property manager suggested this was our fault for using the garbage disposal!! She then suggested that they usually charge for these service calls but would let it go this time. Really??!! How about installing the kitchen properly and then compensating me for all of my aggravation in cleaning up their mess.

Summary: We had an enjoyable stay. Nearly everything we needed was provided( we cook all our own meals so we had to purchase a few kitchen items). The beds were comfortable, the outdoor space was great and we like being on the NW side of Reno!

Summary: Great clean, quiet home in good neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked as well as extra snacks and k-pods. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Location was perfect for us, no more than 15 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go.

Summary: The home was very nice and was located in a newer neighborhood. The homes and streets was kind of close together but not a big deal. The inside of the home was clean but the floors was kind of dusty/gritty but not dirty, maybe just needed a slight swift. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great. But there’s a 7-11 just out the neighborhood which I kept running to, not nice people but oh well. And we mostly Doordashed most dinners lol. The master bedroom could use a new bed, but again not a big deal, we didn’t use the other rooms so we just shut the doors. They provided a lot of extra towels but no extra sheets. Now the backyard was terrible. There was weeds everywhere and one of them was those thorny type which luckily got stuck in my foot and not my dogs. There also was a bunch of dog poop, some even was smeared around, which I had to pick up before I could let my dog out. I tried to reach out to the property management but for some reason VRBO app wasn’t allowing it. There was a certificate/ license of business that was expired by a lot, but no big deal to me. Overall was a great place if they kept up the outside cleanliness, and maybe just a quick swift.

Summary: This was a very nice home for our 5 night stay in Reno. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Our two small dogs enjoyed the secure backyard. My only feedback for improvement would be: -an ice cream scoop in the kitchen -sharper kitchen scissors that could actually cut something -torn and faded patio chair cushions DEFINITELY need replaced. Thank you again!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Washer/Dryer was great, garage and back patio were great. Nice to have full kitchen with a group. Not within walking distance to anything. Ø Two minor downsides, parking was tight on the street, and the master and twin beds were pretty hard. The toiletries in the shower smelled divine. All in all a great.rental!
