Summary: This is a perfect location for why we were in Kentucky: the Bourbon Trail. It was comforting to come back to the property after long days of driving around central Kentucky. Around the corner from Frankfort and not far from Louisville, Bardstown and Lexington.

Summary: WOW! Very nice, everything we hoped for and more, we have used Vrbo many many times in the last 5 years and this was the best of all of our stays. Not only was the townhouse perfect and so well equipped, it was a 5 minute walk to the small downtown with shops and 5 medium to high end restaurants, all were very good, we know, we tried them all and would go back to any of them. Midway is in the middle of not only the best Bourbon distillery's, but also unbelievable large horse farms. Do yourself and family or friends a favor and stay here!

Summary: Midway is a great little town with a number of dining options for a small town. Perfect location for heading to Lexington, Frankfort, or distilleries/horse farms. Quick, easy access to Interstate 64. The townhouse is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Plenty of room on the first floor with a nice deck off the living room area. Having basically two master bedrooms upstairs each with their own full bathroom is perfect for couples. Carmen is quick to respond to any questions you may have. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: House was perfect for two couples and exactly as pictured. The host (Carmen) is very responsive to inquiries. The house is extremely clean and Carmen provides full size shampoos, conditioners and body wash which is very nice if you fly into Kentucky. Kitchen has basics and Carmen left a treat from the local bakery. The location is perfect for day trips to Frankfort, Lexington, Louisville and the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Kentucky. Midway is a cute little town with lots of restaurants within walking distance to the townhome. As others have mentioned there is a railroad that runs behind the townhouse. My husband heard it the first night, but I sleep with ear plugs and didn’t hear it at all. Not sure of the train schedule but husband says he only heard two nights during our week stay. This is one of the best home away (VRBO) experiences we have had and we use VRBO during most of our travels.
