Summary: Had a fantastic time in Newport. The building was very clean and easy to find. The host replied to any messages in a timely matter. Host was very accommodating to every request. Would give 5 stars and recommend anyone to stay here.

Summary: Very good location to downtown Newport. Everything was very walkable and easy to navigate. The property itself was a comfortable bed and no frills room to sleep. To make the room better for future visitors, a few suggestions: - heavier or thicker curtains to block out light, staying on the bottom floor we were able to see outside porch lights and from the sides others could see in - a secondary trash can for the room - a hand towel hook for the bathroom - a shelving system for toiletries - a full length mirror - a space heater or any heating system as it was chilly in the evening and early mornings - a coffee maker - water bottles or cups for the sink for water

Summary: This was an excellent location short walk to everything. The building is super cute especially from the outside. The listing mention a “room” which made me initially think it was a private room inside of a home but it was not. It is basically a hotel room. Pretty large room with a microwave and refrigerator and sink then a bathroom as well. Very nice and very well worth the price. I thought there must be a reason it was so cheap per night but no, it was wonderful all around. Don’t pass this one up!!

Summary: You honestly can’t ask for a better location. Everything in town was walkable. We parked our car and didn’t move it. Everything you need is supplied. From extra pillows, to an iron, to your shower products. Plenty of outdoor space to unwind. Communication was always quick. I hope to be back soon.
