Open floor plan with soaring 20' ceiling. Fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and keurig coffeemaker. Sleeps 9 comfortably-3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs.Brand new sleeper sofa downstairs. Wifi,cable TV, A/C.....everything you need for a comfortable,relaxing stay. Peaceful, quiet setting with Lillacs and black eyed Susan's in the yard and fragrant vineyards across the street. Located directly on the Lake Erie Wine Trail.with dozens of excellent wineries,breweries,and craft distilleries in either direction. For a small extra charge , your gracious hosts will be your designated drivers for custom Winery/brewery tours in their spacious Surburban! Easy access to Lake Erie just a little more than a mile away for long walks on the beach, prime sea-glass hunting, and amazing sunsets over the lake. 5 minutes to Barcelona's beaches, picturesque historic 1820's stone lighthouse, and public marina with boat/kayak launch. More to explore in the quaint & vibrant village of Westfield, with fine restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, award winning Farmer's Market , fascinating Historical Society museum and historic library. Within a few miles are golf courses, horseback riding, hiking in Chautauqua Gorge, and world renowned fishing in 4 nearby lakes- steelhead, Muskie, perch , bass, Walleye and more. Skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. The famous Chautauqua institution is a 15 minute drive for lectures , plays, symphony, movies, and first rate concerts like Yo Yo MA and Steve Martin. Erie, Buffalo, and Niagara Falls are fun day trips. Westfield is an easy 2.5 hours from Pittsburgh, 2 hours from Cleveland or Rochester.

We have recently enlarged the patio and have a fire pit with firewood provided. Also recently added a children’s playground on site and currently installing pickle ball courts!

Summary: We had a very nice weekend here. The owners were accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay! The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of extra blankets, toiletries and other supplies were all there, including firewood for a nice evening around the firepit. We also enjoyed the pickleball court! It was cozy, comfortable, and located close to the cute town of Westfield, nice little places to eat, and near fishing streams for the guys. Something for everyone!

Summary: The house was absolutely fantastic! Everything you need for a comfortable, cozy weekend getaway. We especially loved the firepit area. The hosts were very nice and very helpful; and the dogs were a perfect added bonus.

Summary: The owners Jim and Darlene were wonderful and had great advice as to where to dine and what places to visit. They responded quickly when we had a question. The “barndominion” was just as pictured. Very welcoming and comfortable. The property and had a beautiful pond and gazebo. Being able to bring our fur babies was a plus. What a great stay!

Summary: Wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and informative. Secluded, yet just a short drive to everything. We are 3 ladies in our 60's. This vacation home was ideal for our age (or any age). We enjoyed the patio with fire ring and were not bothered by mosquitos. You can't go wrong with this vacation rental. We highly recommend it.
