Summary: The property is large & spacious and well equiped. There is a gas heating that has a traditional fireplace look and which provided more than adequate heating. The house is on tank water. During our stay the water was cloudy and the water quality was poor. This may be simply because the tank was low but I would advise bringing your own water. Otherwise check before hand that the tank has been toped up recently. There are 3 toilets in the house. It was disappointing to discover that toilet paper was not provided - or had not been replaced before we arrived. In my opinion 3 toilets without toilet paper is effectively = no toilets.

Summary: Place was extremely dirty Dealing with managing real estate agent was an awful experience. On 4 occasions in a 5 day stay the person I dealt with told me she would call me back with information regarding a discount because of issues that were present in the house. She did not do as she said any of those 4 times.

Summary: The property was a comfortable home in a nice location, however, not providing the basics of bed linen, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, etc. was very inconvenient. This was the only Stayz-listed holiday venue where I have stayed with this being a requirement of the guests. Information specifying the need to bring these essential items was only provided after a 50% deposit is paid. Details about this necessity should be included in the description of the property. The provision of a combination key safe on the property would save guests travelling from the northern direction having to travel to Bateman's Bay to collect and return the key. In addition, there were a number of blown light bulbs in the living area, which made it difficult to read.

Summary: Annoying check in process - 40 min round trip to get the keys! Large house with plenty of living and dining space. Close to the beach and ocean views from top bedroom!

Summary: We had a party of 6 people and 2 puppies. There was plenty of room for everyone. House was exactly as described and clean. Owners were very accomodating with our puppies. They also had a great time! And AMAZING location! A few minutes walk to a dogs friendly beach.
