Summary: We stayed here for 2 nights to ski at Holiday Valley, the location is great, just a 1 minute drive to the resort. The place was a very nice loft, clean, and everything you would need for a couple overnights stay with kids.

Summary: My hubby, two boys and I stayed here for a long weekend of skiing/snowboarding. It was perfect size for us and the location was close to the slopes with free shuttle. Would stay here again in the future.

Summary: We enjoyed our short time in this unit on our first trip to Holiday Valley. My three adult children and I stayed for two nights and didn't really make use of all the amenities in the place so the couple of little quirks we noticed didn't affect our comfort. We were warm and enjoyed the fireplace while hanging out and chatting the night before and after snowboarding. The host was kind and communicated well with us and the unit was easy to find and close to the resort. Fun overall!

Summary: A perfect condo to stay at; close to Holiday Valley and Ellicottville. Only two of us stayed in the condo, but it was very spacious and could easily accommodate more. I loved that it was so close to town, and we loved walking into town each day. (although may not be as easy in the middle of winter) The condo is spacious and it appeared to have brand new furniture. It was very convenient to have a bath and a half. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in when you decide to eat in for the evening. Loved watching the stars at night from the deck which overlooks Holiday Valley Ski Hills. Stacey was very responsive and answered any question that we had in a very short amount of time. Would highly recommend a stay at this very nice condo.
