Positive: The hosts were very helpful and friendly, keeping in touch, especially as weather was bad. House was decorated in cute cottage style and had a well equiped full kitchen and a highly effective woodburner in the lounge. The property had a large outside grassed area which was fenced and would be great for children but it wasn't totally secure along the driveway.
Negative: Four adults stayed and found the double bed was comfortable but the two singles were not so. There were a few large bugs on the floor in the bathroom and hall.
Summary: Cute cosy cottage.

Positive: Absolutely everything was provided, it was truly home from home but with everything you need for a good holiday.
Negative: It was a bit cold. For us it wasn’t appropriate to use the log burner and there was only one heater for the whole house

Positive: The cottage is lovely! Great living and dining room spaces, bedrooms are really nice and beds are comfy. The cottage is 5 minutes drive from airport, 5 mins from the main road south and a short drive to city centre. Will definitely stay again.

Positive: Great 3 bedroom house with modern tasteful decor and all kitchen and laundry amenities. We could live there easily!!! Big outside section. Very relaxing.
Summary: Perfect base for biking, seeing Nelson and surrounds and an hour from AT National Park.

Positive: The Decor of the house was shabby chic and a lot of thought had gone into giving it a homely feel. We admired some of the interesting pictures. The beds were super comfy with satin feel sheets. The garden was lovely and peaceful with birds chirping. The grass had even been cut. There was an outside seating and dining area. There was an outside line and an airer for drying clothes outside. Also a tumble drier if required. We didn't use the BBQ or the trampoline! We didn't even mind the occasional aircraft noise from the nearby airport as we live close to one at home.
Negative: No complaints at all. We were very happy with our stay.

Positive: European beach style decor, comfortable and well fitted out good base if you have a car and good garden next to park and golf course with cafe.
Negative: As an older property some door handles to rooms hard to turn and high if you have young children. Also as near airport there is aircraft noise from 6am although pass quickly. Kitchen well fitted out and plenty of utensils and aids but need some sharp knives as struggled to cut a pineapple. Shower is in the bath tub which is an older set up.
Summary: Pleasant comfortable stay not to crazy in cost.
