Summary: Stayed the week with baseball family for Cooperstown. Great location close to Dreams Park and town. Beautiful views from the outside deck and plenty of room for 3 families

Summary: We thought the house was perfect for our stay. Perfect location to and from Cooperstown Dreams Park& also to Downtown Cooperstown. I think it should be noted that the owner lives on the property- which is not in the description. I never stay in a VRBO with the owner or property manager on-site . For me it’s a safety issue. But since I was staying there with 2 other adult males- I felt safe. The owner decided to mow the lawn one day while we were there. Which we felt should have been done when we left or before we arrived. Considering he wants you out of the house by 9am. Also I think you should put in the Description that the owner expects you to clean the house before leaving. Sweeping and vacuuming. Which makes me wonder why we pay extra for it. Again the house has lots of room- perfect location perfect for a big family..
