Summary: The hotel staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. Their luggage storage was a total lifesaver while making the most of my travel days. The room was so charming and well decorated and so clean. I walked everywhere in the city no problem as it is very centrally located. Fantastic hotel!

Summary: We were left two bottled waters in the room for two people staying three nights. It would be nice if the hotel replaced those waters daily in the room. We liked the unlimited coffee in the lobby self-serve area but would suggest they include real milk or cream in the refrigerator in the self-serve area. Hotel is quite charming and while one of the oldest in Boston, very up to date and well maintained!

Summary: It was a quick trip to Boston to meet friends. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice part of town with quick access to the T. Great staff and a comfortable room!

Summary: Cute hotel and in a great location. The staff were nice not very helpful but still polite. My room was so lovely. I didn’t have a view but I still had a nice room.

Summary: As a native Bostonian. I knew this location was very central for traveling into town via Amtrak, as it's an easy 5 minute walk from Back Bay Station. It is also a short 4 or 5 minute walk to the MBTA Green Line Copley stop. Very convenient for anybody in town for touring the city, with Boylston Street one block away for food options etc.

Summary: This is a lovely boutique hotel in a prime location, easily accessible to many landmarks and the Copley Station. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again!
