Summary: We loved the place! Although we didn't see anything online that said were going to be staying in one very small part of a much larger home that an entire other family was also staying in!!! It wouldn't take much to just say that in the listing..... Also the address for the house is in no way whatsoever clearly posted, it took us 20 min to find the place and it was right in front of us.Also the family that we weren't told about took OUR parking spot as well as all the others!I recommend trying to be more straight forward with the details of the place for people wanting to book this room in the future. Other than those couple things, we really enjoyed our stay! thank you!

Summary: The property needs some TLC. The Bathroom could have been cleaner. the window blinds didn't close. The TV remotes had dead batteries; one was pretty broken. The only space other than the Bed (and bathroom) is 7' x7' area with one chair. The drains need plugs or screens that would likely have kept out the roach that ran across my bed at midnight. We did not use the outdoor area in the back, but it looked very nice. The parking area was not really large enough for my SUV. I have lots of pictures of these issues. We did have fun, and the room did function for us.
