Find this modern farmhouse retreat only 30 minutes from Charlotte, NC. From the moment you leave your car your relaxation begins when you realize you can't hear anything but birds, an occasional cow and crickets at night. This modern 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house located on a private farm boasts an open floor plan with ample natural light and high ceilings. When you walk into the open foyer you are immediately greeted with the beautiful view of the farm. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, quartz countertops, and a large island perfect for meal prep and sipping coffee in the mornings. The kitchen is the perfect place to cook for a crowd and entertain at the large dining table. Make a fresh coffee at the coffee bar or store your wine in the separate wine fridge. Walking down into the spacious living room features a small dining table that leads into a large sitting area looking over the beautiful countryside. Cozy up on the couch with a good book or play a board game with the family. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate soaking tub and shower. On the other side of the home you will find the second Queen bedroom that boasts a reading nook, views of the farm and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The spacious upstairs loft is perfect for kids or extra guests with another full bathroom attached. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee on the expansive back deck overlooking the property and plan out your adventures of the day. You never have to leave the property with 80 acres of walking trails, fishing and most importantly just doing nothing! Guests will have full access to the large laundry room as well as a secondary living room. Along with the inherent risks on a farm in general, there are also animals present that we cannot control. Some animals/insects you encounter may be snapping turtles, rabbits, fox, skunks, opossums, deer, ants, bees and snakes. All guests will enjoy the property at their own risk and report any dangerous animals/pests to management immediately. No Pets allowed on property. No swimming in ponds on property.
