Summary: Can't fault the quality and comfort of the accommodation. This accommodation however, requires the guests to show a vaccination certificate before checkin. Nowhere prior to the booking does it state that. It only states that your travels are required to be essential and about their strict covid cleaning procedures. Obviously the owners have the rignt to request the certificate but this information should be clearly stated before making the booking. I received this information via txt after making the non-refundable reservation. If i knew i had to provide my certificate, i certainly wouldn't have booked.

Summary: Very pleasant accommodation in the house with 4 separate en-suite rooms. All clean and tidy, close to shops & pubs & town centre. The noise insulation was not great, but wasn't the issue in our stay

Summary: This property is located in a lovely township close to Barrington Tops. The town has cafes, Wollies, & other facilities. The room was spotlessly clean, and well equiped. We when in peak season so paid a premium price. The fridge needed to more welcoming, perhaps stacked with some bread for toast, decent local milk, jams and fresh produce? The bed was comfortable and very clean, but has a mind of its own & moved around, being on rollers and a polished floor. All in all would recommend.

Summary: The accommodation was fine but due to my hay fever and the cleaning products used our stay was not as pleasant as it could have been. Of course the twin room we stayed in was nothing like the photo shown opposite this comment.
