Negative: The shower over a bath definitely not suitable for elderly also the water pressure was not good and the towel rail was hanging off the wall The bed throw was still on the floor after the room was serviced

Negative: The shower, old bathtub and the water was extremely hot or cold, even after complain twice about it the reception didn't do anything, also it was possible to hear the pipes from bathroom usage for the others rooms Also the lifts and lobby are super old and smelly my friend has her allergy issues after crossing the level 4 For use the spa only towels were supplied no slippers or robe are giving anymore

Positive: Close to town, so didn't have to worry about driving. Plenty of underground parking.
Negative: It's quite dated. Even the photos in the lift are clearly from the 90s. Not a hard job to replace them, makes it look like no one cares about the place. Terrible internet. And at level one terrible phone service. If you were in QT for work and rely on your phone and internet. Don't come here.
