Positive: Loved it! We had the Villa with private pool. Everything in the villa and around it was great! Will definitely go back and absolutely recommend it. Especially with kids, the private pool was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom and bedrooms very clean and comfortable. The view was stunning!
Negative: Before arrival we were contacted by reception asking when we would arrive. The lady wasn't very friendly on the phone. But once we arrived at Front desk, the ladies there were friendly and very nice...so no hard feelings :)
Summary: Great private villa for family quality time!

Positive: The view and tranquility,very peacefull and private
Negative: The way ONE of the young lobby members talk at the phone with me. *With attitude.It felt like I was molesting her. And whyle I was at the lobby for information,she did not finish attending me. She cut our chat and start talking with a chauffeur wich came unexpected inside, leaving me standing there with words in my mouth. Besides that she stood up walk away to attend something for him ,leaving me standing there. Whyle, I was not finished with my questions and her answers she have to give to me.

Positive: The beach facilities were some of the best on the island. The pool at the house was great.
Negative: It's always nice when renting a house if there are some included supplies. There was no cooking oil, extra toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwashing soap. For the amount of money you pay these are trivial expenses but mean you don't hate your time buying extra supplies. The lack of screens is probably typical for the island and also typical for European style properties. However, as the bugs seem to find me anywhere this means that I needed to have bug spray on at all times to avoid bites. The main living space can only be cooled with open doors. In fact the front door has slats so there is no way to close it completely. Finally the master bath didn't have a door between the toilet area and the room. I can't say as I like the idea of going number 2 while my wife is in bed and can hear everything.
Summary: Nice but odd property without some common conveniences

Positive: The pool and patio were phenomenal! Bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit tight and shabby. Kitchen was well stocked and the windows and doors opening to outside were great. Lots of birds and iguanas around the villa. Beds were hard. Villa is quite far from the resort as it is a privately owned house that the resort manages. Therefore it feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel.
Summary: Pool and patio made the place.
