Positive: The condo is very nice and bright. It shines with the complimentary parking spot and the swimming pool (located in the underground level) is a very nice touch. House itself has 3 floors: living room and kitchen, bathroom and “working space”, and living room. It’s also equipped with two air conditioners (that work just right for me) and air purifiers. You can also use washing machine located near the bathroom. The view is something amazing with regards of enjoying this condo. You can take a long baths during sunsets, or wake up looking at the sea. It’s amazing. Last but not least, the owner (tho not very fluent in English) is very friendly, he and his employee help me a lot with a scratched car.

Negative: A little dirty in some places. The condo would benefit from restoration, but overall very nice place with lots of space. I don’t understand people complaining about a lot of stairs, for me it’s an advantage that makes this place stand out.

Positive: Loved the location and the view from the property. The property itself was also very well kept. They had a swimming pool in the basement which was also amazing.

Negative: The hosts didn't give us any confirmation of the booking, we kept trying to contact them to understand where the keys were, which rooms were ours etc. Also, too many floors (4) to keep climbing up and down- should've been mentioned in property description.

Positive: We liked that the property was within walking distance of the Zakimi Castle site and the facilities (shops, restaurants) that we needed. The pool was a great bonus, as was the free takeaway breakfast on the day we checked out

Negative: The steps were too narrow and quite challenging to navigate. The sliding door lock was very tricky to operate.

Summary: We made the most of our stay and appreciated the assistance that Take gave us!

Positive: Just the perfect place to work for a week. Great internet- kitchen and lounge downstairs, upstairs a great desk looking out to that blue blue ocean, up stairs again a bedroom again with full size windows looking out to sea, downstairs parking and in the basement a pool for an evening swim! The pool even had a room with some work out machines, dryer, tables etc.

Negative: Nothing we did not like but be aware stairs in the house are steep and the parking space is quite tight. Not an issue for us but may be for others

Positive: Exceptional views from all floors. Beautiful swimming pool. The heated pool was much bigger than we expected and we were the only people using it for the whole 6 days.
