Summary: We did not stay here. We were offered alternative accommodations and it was apparently too late to cancel this hotel without losing the whole charge. It’s too bad though, because we probably would have used this hotel the next time we came.

Summary: The check-in process could use some improvement. They didn’t seem to have knowledge of my reservation and the map isn’t exactly accurate so it was hard to find. I called and was able to straightened it out. The burners didn’t work well and the pots and pans were not in great shape but the coffee maker was.
