Positive: Had a wonderful stay at this ground-floor apartment with easy off street access. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made it perfect for relaxing mornings and sunset strolls. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The private deck was a great bonus—ideal for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or evening drink. The bedding was especially comfortable, which made for a really restful stay. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Positive: Location was superb, quite and in a very close proximity to Corlette Beach and Salamander Bay shopping centre. Jane, host, was very responsive and helpful. Apartment was spacious with aircon and selling fan worked perfectly as well as shower.

Negative: For self contained apartment the absence of gas or electric cook stove was disappointed, but BBQ was not far away. There was a minor glitch with plumbing in a bath which was promptly fixed on Easter Day! Bed was generally comfy but because base was on wheels, not always stable . The biggest problem was the absence of adequate soundproofing. Hosts ,based on an upper floor,tried to be as delicate as possible, but every light movement was clearly heard.

Positive: Great location. Private and well appointed for our needs. Clean and comfortable.

Negative: Not a dislike but a suggestion : there could be a little more crockery and cutlery and basic kitchen utensils provided - only a few more. Not much more is needed.

Summary: A really enjoyable stay in great location in the lovely Port Stephens area.

Positive: It was roomy and nice to have separate kitchen, dining TV area with a lovely deck off that as well. Very short walk to the lake which was absolutely beautiful, had a great walk on the white sandy beach.

Negative: Nothing, all perfect.
