Positive: Brilliant staff. great location and amazing beach views

Negative: Room was quite dated and older, and very small. Bar was a bit odd, just seemed to have some cocktails on offer? Would have enjoyed a better rooftop bar. Quite expensive but hotels on Isabela do seem to be more expensive than the other areas.

Positive: The location is beautiful, right on the beach

Negative: Our sunbeds were horrible, with no umbrella. We had room next to the reception - it was so noisy. The worst thing is that the biggest noise was coming from the laughing, talking over the phone etc., staff. Our breakfast was supposed to be ready to match our excursion - but when we arrived, the door was still closed, there was literally nothing ready and we had to wait for the food. The most horrible thing was the last breakfast: the lady cutting fruits and preparing food was cleaning her ears with the tissue, smelled it and then threw into a bin. It was truly disgusting.

Positive: The location is beautiful and we loved Panchito the resident sea lion who takes his early pick of the sun loungers! The sea view rooms are wonderful

Negative: The breakfast was disappointing with the oddest selection of hot items, no eggs or natural yogurt on some days and a very grumpy chef when we arrived for the pre booked 6:45 early breakfast.

Positive: Being literally on the beach makes this place special. The Breakfast Room on the third floor with a 180 degree view of the beach makes for a breakfast to remember.

Positive: Stunning location Excellent staff - everyone welcoming and knowledgable Breakfast and breakfast area were amazing with wonderful sea views Sun-beds ion beach Bed was comfortable and clean. Nice balcony with sea views

Negative: Our room was very damp and there was mould on the ceiling and walls in bathroom due to no ventilation.
