Positive: Perfect location. Close to everything. The shopping mall is right next door, and there is a convenience store downstairs. The train station is also not far away (although we took Ubers). The contactless check-in process was very easy overall. The host assigned us a room with city view, and the view was excellent. We arrived on a day of heavy rain, but were still able to see quite a bit of Taichung from the windows alone.

Negative: The response was a little delayed on the day of arrival due to technical issues. Received messages from the host at around 11pm, but my phone was on sleep mode so they didn’t really wake me up.

Positive: The location was excellent- close to many bus stops that we used. It was clean and had lovely windows. I also liked using a code for the door vice a key card.
