Cleaning Practices:
You will be impressed by our recently remodeled and extra clean condo at the Coronado Shores . We take traveler safety very seriously by taking extra precautions to keep our condo clean. We are sanitizing everything inside the condo including all door knobs, dresser knobs, and cabinet handles. In addition to our normal cleaning practices, we are also dry cleaning all duvet covers and pillow shams after each guest's stay. All blankets and blanket inserts are washed and cleaned, as well.
Property Details:
The Coronado Shores Towers has around the clock Door Personnel and Security. You must have a key fob and ID card to enter the common areas such as the four pools in our complex, tennis courts, and the Beach Club. You will also need the key fob to enter the elevators and common area doors in our building.
The La Sierra Tower is the second of ten high rise condominiums built in the Coronado Shores complex and is considered one of the best buildings based on its location and management team. The La Sierra Tower is located on the beach and within steps of the world renowned Hotel Del Coronado. You are a short walk to “uptown” (aka Orange Avenue), which has many wonderful restaurants and unique shops. There is also a Von’s grocery store that offers online home delivery service which is so convenient!
This 3 bedroom / 3 bath corner unit is located on the 4th floor with stunning views of Glorietta Bay, the iconic Hotel Del Coronado, the Coronado Bridge, and Coronado Beach which was named one of the top 10 Beaches in the US by Dr. Beach per CNN's Travel web site. The condo has been completely renovated, such as brand new windows throughout, including a multi panel wall of windows in kitchen and a multi slider patio door, top of the line appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. All bedrooms have 55 inch SMART flat screen TV's. There is a 65 inch SMART flat TV in the living room. It is equipped with Premium TV packages and high speed internet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet . Guest Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bath across the hall. Guest Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Since our condo has no gas and is all electric, a carbon monoxide detector is not necessary.
Note: The Coronado Shores presents a welcoming array of amenities to enrich your stay. When possible, we get advance notification of maintenance or repairs being done in our Coronado Shores complex. There are times when maintenance and repairs may need to be done quickly without advance notice in order for the Coronado Shores to continue to be a desirable property and an enjoyable experience. We have no control over circumstances that may limit access to or use of facilities and amenities, or of maintenance and repairs on the building or grounds that may cause noise, dust, etc. We do our best to advise renters of planned work or known conditions that may impact a guest’s use. We are currently aware that work to renovate water pipes and electrical panels in our building is scheduled for Fall 2025. Work begins early September and ending mid-November, before Thanksgiving. The work will be in the upper portion of the building. There may be some temporary HVAC and water interruptions and noise on the upper floors during this work. We don’t know if it will directly impact our unit; notifications will be posted during the work period.

Summary: The Property was 100% excellent. The Doormen were kind and very helpful! The Condo was top notch as are the owners. The kitchen had all the convenients anyone could wish for. All the rooms in the condo were spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The surroundings to the building were beautiful as was the short walk to all the shopping and restaurants. The pool and hot tub was perfect. With the beach right in front of us who could ask for more!

Summary: Perfect location, right on beach, right next to Del and quick walk to town. Condo is lovely. Recent renovations are efficient and beautiful. Windows open across outside wall, creating great cross breeze and open-air views. Complex is gated with excellent door personnel. Excellent communication with manager made it stress-free. The unit was well equipped, and we had fun grilling down by the pool watching the sunset. This is definitely my "happy place".

Summary: This was our second time staying at this property. Everything was immaculate and clean. Some of our guests remarked on how pretty everything was. The views are stunning from all the rooms in the condo. All appliances and fixtures are brand new. There are 4 pools and 4 hot tubs on the property. The property has a first-class fitness center as well as multiple tennis courts. We enjoyed the club/bar on the property. Our condo was directly adjacent to The Hotel Del Coronado. We walked to several excellent restaurants. Linda and Cindy do a remarkable job with communication. When we texted them we would get an immediate response. We would highly recommend this property. Summary: Marion and I had the best month of our lives at this condo. This unit was recently remodeled, and everything was perfect. All the little things were in place. We were able to see the ocean, Hotel Del, Coronado Bay Bridge, and San Diego Bay. Coronado was a great fit for us personally. We walked everywhere the entire month and felt safe. The restaurants are amazing with great Happy Hour specials. There are four pools with spas on the property. We used three of them and found them to be relaxing, quiet, and peaceful. The Beach Club was a great place for live entertainment and inexpensive drinks. Cindy and Linda were the very best hosts. Their story is unique in that they grew up in this condo. They gave us frequent updates on local events and were always attentive to our needs. The doormen were always courteous, professional, and helpful. They are a significant enhancement compared to most rentals and increase the feeling of safety and security. The other guests and full-time residents were always courteous and nice. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Summary: Beautiful and spacious three bedroom condo, carefully appointed and with up dated and tasteful interiors and top of line appliances . Located on La Sierra tower in Coronado Shores, on the fourth floor, is right on the beach and the condo has beautiful views of the shore, Hotel Del Coronado and the Marina. This is one of the few very spacious three bedrooms and three bath units in the building. The beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable and the water pressure on the showers is amazing. Cindy and Linda are 5 star hosts, detailed oriented and responsive. The communication with them is the best we have ever experienced renting vacation homes. We cooked in the condo all the time and their appliances and utensils are modern, the kitchen top is induction , and the condo has everything you could need to cook meals and dinners. Coronado Shores is a resort like complex and with the resort ID (you have to acquire one for each member of your party) you have access to beach club, pools, tennis and bbq stations. The condo has beach chairs , cooler and umbrellas available for your use also. We where a family of 5 adults , with college age kids, and spend Christmas and New Years Eve in Cindy and Linda’s place . If you care for updated, impecable and comfortable accommodations top with perfect location and gracious and amazing hospitality, this vacation property managed by Cindy and Linda is absolute perfection. We where super happy, made beautiful memories and will come back for sure.

Summary: Staying at Linda & Cindy's condo made our vacation in Coronado just about as perfect as you can get. They have anticipated every need you might have for the kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and AV requirements - plus you get wonderful views of the Del, Glorietta Bay and the ocean. It's a "wonderfully comfortable home" that was a real pleasure to stay at for a month.

Summary: All phases of the process went smoothly. Condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked for cooking, cleaning, game playing. Spectacular Bay/ Marina views. We sailed 6 days using boats from the Marina across the street. Questions before and during our stay promptly responded to! Gracious hosts.
