This contemporary Mediterranean home is less than 3 blocks from the famous Hotel del Coronado and beach, and steps from Orange Ave restaurants and shops. This ideal, 2-story vacation beach house has three upstairs bedrooms - two master suites with balconies and a third bedroom with its own bathroom - and a wide open floor plan on the ground level with modern chef’s kitchen and 10-foot marble island. Enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. French doors open onto a front porch with beautiful, modern seating for a sunny morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. Another set of French doors open to the backyard and an outdoor dining room w/ teak table that seats up to 12. The backyard includes lounge seating, a hammock for afternoon naps and reading, and an outdoor hot water shower. Plug into the indoor and outdoor Sonos system to play your favorite beach tunes. House comes with 2 beach cruiser bicycles, surfboards, boogie board, beach chairs and umbrella.
House has all the amenities, including a Nespresso machine, organic cotton bed linens, large screen smart TV, BBQ grill, baby grand piano, Blue Star chef’s range, marble countertops, and Bosch appliances. Tesla charger available for add'l monthly fee.

Summary: The property is one of the best I have stayed at in my 25 years of coming to Coronado. 4 adult family. The house is super clean, great neighborhood and close to all the restaurants, bars and only 5 minute walk to the beach. The hosts are amazing. They were there for any questions and super helpful, super nice and only a text away from anything. Thank you for letting us use your amazing home.

Summary: We enjoyed the location being so close to Orange Ave. There were bikes available to ride and a beautiful relaxing outdoor area. We had quite a few meals on the outdoor table and we also enjoyed listening to music on the record player! Great hosts and they even had a cleaning service come one day halfway through our month stay. We can’t wait to come back next year!
