Positive: The apartment is very centrally located, within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach as well as the train station, and 10-15 minutes to the leisure port with many restaurants and the historic town. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment at night. The apartment has a terrace to the backside. The apartment has 2 combined bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with a shower and a towel radiator. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is air-condition in all rooms. The furnishings are modern and functional, everything is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, a lot of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and so on. Some useful items like salt, pepper, coffee ... are available. There ist also a washing machine in the apartment. The apartment is located in a larger residential complex with a lift directly to the underground car park, where you find a fixed parking garage belonging to the apartment. The Lady, who manages the apartment, Tatjana is very friendly. She met us in front of the building, welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Also during our stay she was very helpful. We could communicate in English with her. We enjoyed our stay and we felt very comfortable in this apartment. Every time when we entered it, we felt like coming home. We can highly recommend it!
Negative: Nothing. Every thing was perfect for us. The only notice we have, that the 2 bedrooms are combined and only separated by a curtain. That may be worth knowing e.g. for fliendly couples who want to book the apartment.
