Summary: Perfectly positioned for the beach. Going to sleep with the waves in the background was wonderful. Relatively small living area inside but you’re outside all the time and the outside space is great - private but a great view. Beautiful beach with some good snorkelling. Not much going on in the village and the restaurant by the port was expensive but we ate at the house most days which is very well equipped. Amazing countryside, really rugged scenery. Altogether gorgeous.

Summary: We had never visited Corsica, but this part of the island is incredibly beautiful and very convenient for visiting other interesting places by car. The location of this house is perfect—direct access to the beach by foot, with the sea visible from the terrace. The house itself is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for preparing light meals and enjoying the beach. When we had trouble finding the house upon out arrival, our hosts were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this rental!

Summary: A great location for exploring north Corsica and a couple of minutes walk to the beach at the end of the day which was great for swimming and snorkelling. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall great value for money. We would not hesitate to return.

Summary: The house was small but functional with everything available. Fortunately there was air conditioning in the bedrooms which was a life saver. The outdoors are well equipped with BBQ and several sitting areas. There is a 2 mn walk down to the beach and a restaurant, grocery store and bakery within walking distance. Daphne did a good job at making us feel welcome.

Summary: Lovely terrace with comfortable furniture and good outdoor cooking facilities, overlooking a beautiful view of the sea. Short path to the sandy beach with clear water and lots of fish to see. Short walk along the beach to bakery and shops for morning croissants etc.The interior decor is old fashioned but the property has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. It is well placed for short journeys to Calvi, L'Ile Rousse and the mountain villages. We also really enjoyed eating out some evenings in Algajola which is only 5 mins away and has a lovely atmosphere.

Summary: MAXI VILLA 3 Corsica has been on our bucket list for a long time and we came across this Villa by chance. There are a two villas, Maxi 3 and Mini 4 sited on a small development in Marina de San Ambroggio on the North west coast between Cavli and L'Ile Rousse. They are within 2 minutes stroll of a beautiful,sandy beach with good access into a warm Meditereanean Sea. 5-10 minutes walk to the Port where there is a baker,butcher,snack bar,wine shop,supermarket and an excellent restaurant. The villa is extremely well equipped even including a salad spinner and garlic crusher. Both the house and beach towels are plentiful and of good quality.As an added bonus the owners provide beach chairs,parasols,beach mats and equipment for children. The villa is very comfortable with powerful showers,quiet air conditioning,dish washer and washing machine.When we arrived there were cleaning products available which visitors can use but replace when finished.The outside furniture is excellent and with both shaded and sunny areas which we used constantly. It is obvious that this is the owners' home as well as a holiday let,they have thought of everything. Summary: An absolutely wonderful island, magnificent location along with more than superb accommodation. If you are looking for a quieter,very laid back type of holiday, this just does not get any better. We have been coming here for around ten years and still enjoy it ever so much
