Positive: It was nicely furbished, with a big and really nice bathroom, easy parking, and a good location (close to the highway, close to Mantova). There were three rooms next to each other and a common kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: The walls were probably quite thin, as we could hear the TV from the next room. Also, the kitchen was right behind the room door, so when the other guests were making their coffee at 5 a.m., it woke us as well.
