Positive: The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. It is in a convenient location to get to area excursions.

Negative: It really was not in a walkable location. You definately need a car. The on site restaurant was only open limited hours so we did not eat there.

Summary: Would stay there again because of it's proximity to both Maranello and Modena.
