This fabulous country house lies in the outskirts of Periana, in the middle of olive yards and the smooth hills that characterise this area of the province of Malaga. The complex is the actual combination of three smaller houses, all of which are provided with the same amount of rooms. This guarantees fun holidays for up to 18 people, who will have the time of their life also thanks to the outdoor amenities.
The three houses feature two full bathrooms and three bedrooms each: one with a double bed, one with two twin beds and the third bedroom with one bunk bed. Besides, all the bedrooms are equipped with warm/cool air-con, thus providing a comfortable ambience both in winter and in summer. There is a total of two bathrooms with a bathtub and four with a shower so that each group member can choose what works best for them. Each house also has a dining-living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped independent kitchen: this way, you can decide whether to enjoy your meals in privacy or share them with the rest of the group, which can be done in the spacious dining room with an integrated kitchen.
However, it’s in the outdoor area where you will make the most of the holidays. There are several sitting areas in the shadows of huge pergolas or centenary trees, terraces and spots for “al fresco” dining. If you want to do some sports, head to the basketball and padel courts, and try not to be distracted from the gorgeous panoramic views; the ping-pong table and the children playground will also help the little ones have fun. An outdoor toilet is also provided.
The private pool with a water jet is the jewel of the crown, as it is big enough for the whole party to take a dip. The poolside sun loungers, under the pergolas, are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent mountain views that extend in front of the property.
The access to the country house, which also relies on a 10-place parking lot, is possible via a paved lane winding through the olive yards.

Summary: Although the villa is quite remote, it’s a great place for a group of friends or group of families to stay at Great pool, and other relaxing facilites, easy to cook in small groups or as one bigger group The host (Rafael) could not have been more helpful, getting us booking at restaurants, or cooking a large Paella for us on site, or helping us with other questions and requests I would certainly recommend it to other friends

Summary: Die Villa selbst war wunderschön, aber wir durften nicht die Hälfte der Annehmlichkeiten nutzen! Die Glühbirnen waren absichtlich entfernt, die Klimaanlage auf niedrig gestellt und der Wasserdruck komplett heruntergedreht worden. Als wir dem Besitzer sagten, dass unser Ofen nicht funktioniere, zuckte er nur mit den Schultern, zeigte auf den Grill und forderte uns auf, für die Holzkohle zu bezahlen. Er war unhöflich, er verbrachte fast jeden Tag mit seinem Hund, der ÜBERALL urinierte, auch auf meine Tasche und die Kleidung meiner Tochter, die man trocknen ließ. Er stieg in den Pool und der Besitzer unternahm nichts dagegen – keine Entschuldigung. Der Besitzer nahm uns ohne Rücksprache mit uns Liegestühle ab und schloss sie ein. Er warf auch Salze und Chemikalien in den Pool, während meine Kinder darin spielten, was bei ihnen zu großem Ausschlag führte – auch hier gab es überhaupt keine Kommunikation. Sehr enttäuschend

Summary: We were a 3 generation family of 14. The villa was amazing as it offers so much for the whole family. The facilities are great, with three houses and a huge family kitchen. The spaces for us all to eat together was great but also the different seating areas. I loved the balcony where I could read in peace and look at the wonderful views. There are so many activities provided - tennis court, basketball court, table tennis, table football and playgrounds for the little ones. The star was the pool. It is the best we’ve experienced in a villa. Rafael, the owner is so helpful and welcoming. He told us about local places and checked that we were happy with everything. He was the perfect host. The location is very rural. The town of Periana is a short drive and we visited the old town in Malaga and the beach at Torre de Mer. We highly recommend Rafael’s villa for a family holiday - it was perfect.

Summary: We had a great week . This property is beautiful and relaxing. It is huge and offers enough space for many people. The property was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed during our stay! It had a nice outside space to chill in, and comfortable furniture. Due to the beautiful outdoor lighting in the evening we really enjoyed the time outside in the garden. The outdoor facilities were great, especially the pool and the paddle court were used a lot by us. The location of the house is nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Ce voyage a permis à 3 générations de se retrouver : les grands-parents, leurs 4 garçons et les compagnes et les 7 petits-enfants. La maison a été idéale ; chacun trouvait à s'occuper sans se marcher dessus: entre la piscine, les bains de soleil, les jeux pour enfants, les terrains de padle et basket, le coin pétanque, la table de ping-pong et la CUISINE ! Cette dernière est très bien équipée et nous a permis de nous préparer, dans la bonne humeur, de bons repas à partager. Nous avons pu nous balader à Malaga, Grenade, Antequera et Torre del Mar facilement. Le village est charmant et il y a les commerces essentiels (aux mêmes prix qu'ailleurs ...). Rafaël, le propriétaire est discret et agréable. Il répond à toutes les demandes. Ces vacances ont été parfaites !

Summary: El Cortijo liegt in den Bergen - sehr verwunschen allerdings fußläufig zu Periana. Periana ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort in dem man alles notwendige erwerben kann.Außerdem gibt es gute Restaurants mit sehr günstigen Preisen. Es ist Urlaub auf dem Lande mit der Möglichkeit zum Strand zu fahren oder interessante Städte zu besuchen. S es für jeden Fall lohnenswert!! Hallo Rafael - wir haben uns in Ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - auch Ihre Betreuung war angenehm. Dieser Blick, diese Weite , das wirklich hübsche Örtchen Periana - all das lässt mich vom Cortijo träumen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub. Herzliche Grüße Britta Bis zum nächsten Mal

Summary: Maison très spacieuse, confortable, bien aménagée, et qui conserve la fraîcheur même aux heures les plus chaudes ! Tout est conforme aux photos ! La vue est magnifique sur les collines de l'arrière-pays de Malaga. Cela donne l'impression d'être seul au monde, même si toutes les facilités restent facilement accessibles. Nous y retournerons si nous en avons l'occasion et recommandons vivement cette location !

Summary: Wir haben uns in diesem liebevoll und individuell eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit dem schönen Garten als Familie ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Wir vermissen die langen, lauen Abende auf der Veranda und die traumhaften Ausblicke in die Landschaft.
