Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The customer service is great, everyone was very polite and respectful. The rooms are a good size. There was no chair by the desk. It is within walking distance to the beach and a nice restaurant bar. The only complaint for myself is the people next to our room had very loud dogs. They barked every tume we open our door. Swimming pool was nice for the kids.

Summary: They are renovating the property so its a little congested. The balcony rails are a major liablity. There should be screens or some protected barriers as a pet or child can easily fall through. Terrible design. The rooms were fine. No complaints. My complaint is i messaged the proprty when made the reservation telling them we had 2 service animals. After checking out, nothing was said. Next day checked my credit card and they charged me 53.66 with zero explanation. I ASSUMED they charged me for the pets. But they never answered my email inquiry so i was forced to reach out to hotels.com customer service. The following day i had a reversal of charges. Again, no explanation. Penasco del sol is so much nicer. We only stayed here bc of the time we were arriving in ROCKY POINT. Never again.

Summary: convenient to beach access, breakfast and room fridge not included. My sliding door did not have a lock. Maintenance did assist with providing a stick so door could be secured.

Summary: Me and my lady enjoyed our stay very much! They let us check in early, and the staff is very friendly. Got to our room, the room smelled a little funky but after turning the AC unit on and opened the door, we felt at home! They are currently working on getting an elevator rn and we took 4 flights of stairs(sober easy, drunk well...) but had the prettiest view of the ocean! Pool felt amazing everytime we swam in it, also the location is AMAZING! Mannys across the street and the best vibes, food, and a bunch of seating so you dont get a crowded feeling at all! Loved the stat and would recommend Costa Elegante to any and everyone!

Summary: The stay was out standing. Staff check in was flawless. The walls are a little thin but it was early morning and I was up anyway. They are working on installing an elevator. Mannys across the street served a great range of drinks and food. Got a few bargains at there store. Wife sang karaoke at the pink Cadillac down the street and the bottoms up served a good cheese, crisp. Overall, stay was great and we would not have a problem staying there in the future
