The perfect location in Costa Mesa, just blocks away from Newport Beach, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo has it all. Very convenient walking distance location to many great restaurants, shops, and bars. If you are looking to have easy access to the beach, just hop on one of our bikes and ride down to the beach in 10 minutes.
It is only 1.5 miles to the Newport Harbour or beach. The 55 freeway is only 3 minutes away and very easy access to Irvine and the John Wayne Airport (Santa Ana - SNA) about 12 minutes away.
Whether you are looking to spend some time in Newport or you want to see all the many attractions nearby ranging from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar, and so on, there is no better location.
The condo has two levels with a comfortable double height living room with fireplace and big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom is located on the ground level. The upstairs has 2 guest rooms that share one full bathroom and a full size walk-in laundry room.
