The house is located just 150m from the service center including restaurant, supermarket, newspapers and tobacconists, bar, fish shop and other services. Summary: Many happy hours were spent watching the sun set into the sea, with the balcony and view being the highlight. The property is fairly small and basic with one aircon unit in the lounge/diner and is a bit tired but we would still recommend for a family holiday (as long as you are fit enough for the 60+ steps). The area is stunning with superb snorkelling (especially Cala Sarraina)! Note that while there is a small and very expensive shop nearby, St Teresa has a good range of decent supermarkets.

Summary: Our family of four had a wonderful and thoroughly relaxing 10 days of holiday at a just perfect accommodation in a very convenient location with a verandah which has one of the best views I have ever expierenced. Our hosts Stefano and Margharita were very helpful with their directions and recommendations and everything was spot on. All was just as described and in fact we felt exhilerated upon our arrival in such an exceptional place. We went on to have a most enjyoable holiday exploring by car, expierencing various beaches or simply relaxing on the verandah. Matters were made easy as daily needs could be found within walking distance. Summing it all up, it was simply the perfect location for a relaxing holiday! We wish Margharita and Stefano all the very best and many more visitors to enjoy their retreat by the mediterranean.

Summary: Villa was very well presented, very clean and well equipped. Stefano was brilliant with his help and communication before and during our stay. The view from the terrace of the sea, shoreline and sunset is spectacular. The 'resort' has a good range of shops and restaurants within walking distance (although the lack of pavements makes further exploration on foot a little scary). We explored all across the north of the island from the villa and found it a pleasure to return and relax on the terrace in to the evening. Recommended. Grazie Stefano!
