Beautiful stony house in Residential Mas Xargay, quiet and exclusive community of nine houses.
House built in the nineteenth century and completely renovated in the 90s. It offers a private garden, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The access is through the communal area by stairs.
Residencial Mas Xargay offers different common areas such as the parking for private vehicles, a porch with a tennis table, solarium garden and 12x5 pool with the corresponding shower. All this in a common area of more than 700 m2 overlooking the fields and the Montgrí massif.
The house, attached by the west facade, is distributed on two floors. It offers in its more than 200 m2 built, the following distribution:
Ground floor: Access to the terrace and the private garden, access to the house, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, suite with bathroom equipped with shower, stairs to the first floor.
First floor: Large living room, double bedroom, children's bedroom (with trundle bed), bathroom with bathtub.
The orientation of the house is south (living rooms and dining room), east (double bedrooms) and north (kitchen, bathrooms and children's bedroom). All the rooms are exterior and very bright.The double bedroom on the first floor and the living room have air conditioning.
The 90m2 garden allows for gastronomic, relax and recreation moments. It also has a terrace of 33 m2.
It has all the necessary equipment to enjoy a quiet holiday in a privileged and exclusive natural environment, surrounded by green spaces.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in this beautiful place. We loved the house (stunning!) the garden, pool and views as well as the interiors, decoration and vibe of the place: amazingly designed, nice artwork, plants, furniture and details.It is super big too (it was my husband and I + our baby, but it would be great for larger groups, as there are 3 bedrooms + big tables, plenty deck chairs, etc) Cristina and Oscar are great hosts and very responsive, friendly and helpful with everything we asked, Oscar came with us and gave a great tour of the place when we checked in + they gave us recommendations for the area too. The town Albons is super small but nice and very quiet (we enjoyed shopping in the 'almacen' just meters from the house as well as having a drink in the local cafe/ bar). Driving to the beaches (L'escala area) and supermarkets was about ten minutes.The house is super well equipped, for people like us who enjoy cooking it is perfect as the kitchen is great (oh and also we

Summary: En un entorn rural ple de camins per passejar entre els camps llaurats, Mas Xargay està en un lloc tranquil, allunyat del brogit de la costa però ben apropet de les platges a un cop de cotxe, i amb una piscina compartida per treure't la caloreta al arribar a casa. La casa, àmplia i molt còmoda, amb tots els detalls que cal i un petit jardí clos, ha estat per nosaltres un petit paradís. Summary: Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans ce magnifique endroit. Le logement étaient bien assez spacieux pour 4 adultes, 2 enfants et 1 bébé. La deco de l’appartement lui donne beaucoup de charme et de cachet. Il est également très bien entretenu. Le jardin est magnifique et parfaitement entretenu. La cuisine est idéalement équipée.
