COVID 19 INFORMATION: Dear travelers, in order to guarantee your comfort and safety, we have implemented reinforced hygiene measures in our accommodation before your arrival: cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, ventilation for at least 4 hours the whole house, washing sheets and bath towels at 60 degrees etc.
Household linen: bed sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and pillow covers, towels and bath mats, tea towels, and blankets as well as end-of-stay cleaning are to be paid on the day of arrival, upon check-in. keys delivered by the local agency, for a fixed amount of €180 per stay. This amount is not included in the amount paid when booking.

Seating: 2 large sofas (1 three-seater + 1 two-seater), 2 large relax armchairs, 1 bench, chairs (8) and 2 folding deck chairs.

Private parking space in closed garage.
Enjoy the summer from the clear waters of the two beaches located in the residence with direct access on foot.
Pricing:
The price is calculated per entire week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Bed sheets, pillow covers, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels must be paid to the agency upon arrival on site, including cleaning for a compulsory flat rate of €180 per stay.
Arrival and departure days are free during the week, except Sundays or public holidays when entry or exit will be made with the key box.
Departures are before 10:00 a.m.

Summary: Property on Ocean with 180degree view. Early morning coffee on the deck ample sleeping quarters for four people, quiet scenes of ocean and quaint town are a few of the amenities of this very desirable vacation spot. we are three generations of visitors from 20-86 !

Summary: Nice appartement with superb view over the rocks and sea. Terras is perfectly oriented so that in summer, the appartement doesn’t get too hot. Only dissapointment was the unusual high and obligated fee for the sheets, and the terras on the left side that was broken and looked like it would fall down. Otherwise excellent and very pleseant. Splendit location, and perfect for a vacation at the sea with kids :) would highly recommend and will definetly come back!

Summary: This is probably the first place I’ve stayed where the publicity photographs are a true representation of the property; it is really as good as it looks. The apartment, when we arrived was spotlessly clean, it’s superbly equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal and the walk down into Collioure is very pleasant, which is just as well as we walked it every day. Don’t drive there, you will never find anywhere to park. Collioure is a lovely little town with plenty of good restaurants and bars and enough shops to keep anyone busy. Market days are Sunday and Wednesday and are definitely worth a visit. All in all, it was a perfect holiday and I look forward to returning. One last point, Pascal, the agent who met us at the property is a very helpful and pleasant guy. Big thanks to him.

Summary: We spent two weeks in this perfect home away from home and had an idyllic holiday. This apartment is so well equipped with everything we needed in every room and those views! Every night the sunset got better and better. I have rented plenty of places and never have the descriptions met the reality but this certainly did. The location is ideal with two beaches of the cleanest water I have swum in with fish joining me on my little bay swims each morning. We would come back for breakfast on the balcony and watch the passing sailing traffic and plan our day trips out. The local area is so full of things to see and do and it is no surprise so many fabulous artists used this as their base to capture the views. If you can hire a car to go inland and down to Spain do although it's not necessary because it's also possible by bus. Frances has a superb apartment and Pascal is a brilliant manager on hand if you need help, not that we did. Highly recommend the 1€ bus that takes you every where you need on the coast and the fish markets in Port Vendres and the regular markets in Collioure and Port Vendres a foodie heaven! And finally those sunsets and early morning swims. A holiday to remember for many many years. You won't be disappointed!

Summary: 25 minute walk to Collioure and 15 min walk to Port Vendress. Grocery store just 5 minute walk away. We loved our stay. Pascal, the manager, was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is I thought the 125 E extra charge for linens was excessive

Summary: Fabulous flat, fabulous location. We would recommend this to anyone who likes to be as close as possible to the sea. Modern, airy, spacious, light and marine-themed flat … Ideal for 4-6 people. Thank you also to Pascal for handling everything so beautifully and professionally, and giving superb recommendations in terms of restaurants and local attractions.

Summary: A recently redecorated beautiful apartment that was spotlessly clean with amazing sea and Collioure views. No expense has been spared here, it has everything you need, even a teapot! The balconies were private and made you feel like you were sitting on the sea.its so light and airy too, we didn't want to leave. 2 small clean beaches a step away for swimming, sun bathing or sea glass collecting. Easy walk down into Collioure about 25 mins, but we found parking the car at the train station easy too.would recommend to everyone and hope we have a chance to go back.

Summary: Thank you so much, we had an unforgettable holiday! The apartment was lovely and spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. And there's a beautiful balcony where we could eat our meals with a panoramic view of the sea. We also loved that it was within a 5 min walk of two beaches, and about a 15 minute walk to Collioure, a lovely little French town with so much to do and see. We highly recommend this, and will come back with friends and family!
