Very nice cozy apartment in the center of Paris, near the Grands Boulevards and the Louvre Museum.
Ideally located in the heart of Paris, this pretty 2 rooms very bright includes a living room, a kitchen fully equipped, a large bedroom, a bathroom with a bath, and separate toilet.
For sleeping arrangements: 5 people maximum. A bed for 2 people in the room + an extra mattress for 1 person. In the living room: a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people.
You can enjoy the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, the proximity of the grand boulevards with their multiple theaters, the Seine just 15 minutes walk, the Louvre Museum and the Rue de Rivoli very commercial.

Summary: The stay was delightful. A ten minute walk from the Louvre, in between metro stations with plenty of shops and restaurants within 2 minute walk. Mina was super helpful at check-in with constant communication provided. Great value for location. Would stay again.

Summary: Great apartment in a perfect location in Paris. We were there with 2 older children and a smaller child and there was enough space for us. But we didn't need the kitchen. There are simply too many good restaurants in the area. ;-) We had such a wonderful time there and the communication with Marina was great. Thank you again for let us stay in your cozy home.

Summary: We were very happy with our stay at this 'cosy flat' in the Marais. Marina was excellent with communication and flexibility with checking in and out of the property. The flat was bigger than I expected from the pictures and previous reviews, although it was comfortable for 3 people, I think it would feel crowded if there were more. Beds were comfortable. Towels were old and in need of an update. We appreciated the 'breakfast provisions', although I would say that these are European style, no milk provided and I normally do not count biscuits as breakfast. This is an excellent area to be in and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Summary: We checked in without problems acording to the provided instructions. Place has a wonderful location in the city center and at the same time it is peaceful at nightime. I want to thank host for the tipps about surroundinggs. We had blast of the time in Paris and rue Mandar will have a warm place in our memories.

Summary: Marina is an amazing host! So thorough, so easy to communicate with and incredibly welcoming and helpful with any information needed. The flat is in a perfect location! Very centralized, many stores, cafes and restaurants nearby, but on a quiet street so nighttime was quite peaceful. We felt very safe in the neighborhood at all times and the apartment was very comfortable. We highly recommend!

Summary: Marina is as gracious a host as one could ask for. She communicated well in advance of the trip with all the details regarding the property and accessing the location. She was also helpful with suggestions on activities and ideas to maximize our stay. Her flat is in an amazing location. There are lots of restaurants and shops just outside her building. It’s no more than a twenty minute walk from lots of the major tourist attractions and the area was completely safe into the wee hours of the morning. We lived out of our suitcases so limited storage was no bother. Also, it’s Paris. Even though the flat is comfortable we weren’t in it much because there was so much to see and do. It was a fantastic trip made more enjoyable because of Marina and her apartment!
