Negative: Was very small, much smaller than in photos. Bathroom door did not close! TV did not work probably and no movie channels or Netflix!!!

Positive: For us, a great location! Close to our grandchildren and the places they go to.
Negative: The amount of information gathered during booking was offensive - personal details, pictures of me and a copy of my driver's licence....all of the information required for identity theft. I wrote to the booking company requesting that they do not store my personal information and remove the above data from their servers...but received no reply. Such places will no doubt claim that their servers are secure and your data is safe....but tell that to Optus customers or any other firm that "thought they were safe" and they will probably tell you to avoid the problem - to book with someone else. Some of the other tenants in the block of flats were very noisy. Windows seem single glazed - traffic noise starts around 5am. The heater in the unit struggled - there was an extra plug-in unit provided, but we didn't use it. The bathroom door opens whenever you turn the bathroom fan on.
Summary: Great place - but serious concerns with personal information gathered and lack of customer service.
