Positive: The location was great for us and parking right by the door suited us well. The decor was nice. And the brook in the back garden is lovely.

Negative: Would like a firmer mattress although that could be personal choice. The sofa in the lounge as quite low, and not easy to get up from. Especially for anyone with mobility issues.

Summary: The lodge was perfect for an overnight stay and we would return.

Negative: If there were complimentary tea/coffee/ milk it would have been perfect. There was coffee but a one pint of milk would be a nice touch.
