Positive: We really enjoyed our three night stay at this property and had absolutely no complaints or problems with anything at all. We were in the ground floor level apartment with two bedrooms. Above us lived the property owner and then there was a further property to rent on the second floor. We had exclusive use to an outside terrace area, enclosed garden, with summer furnishings and BBQ which was great for our two large dogs to relax in. There was also a larger communal garden with the swimming pool etc, but we didn't get to use this. The booking was actually taken by an independent letting agent via Booking.com, who from the outset was very efficient in communication and helpful with important information. But it was the actual property owner who met us upon arrival and was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. We had contact with him throughout our stay, just in passing - good to know he was around if needed. The property was well maintained and very comfortable, with a good layout. If you love a perfect sofa with the very best positioned, mega sized TV hung on the wall with Netflix/Prime etc ready for viewing - then this is the place for you! Large spacious living area, dining table, access to the two bedrooms. One double bedroom and a small single. Both beds were very comfortable with quality linen. Kitchen and bathroom both very well maintained. Shower over bathtub had excellent water pressure and a great rainfall effect. Kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. Everything was super clean and homely. Location was perfect for our stay and parking was always easy right outside on the private residential street.
Negative: Not a complaint but an observation. There is no freezer for use in the kitchen, just a small ice box compartment in the fridge. When we stay in places for a longer duration, especially of a week or more, we very much require a freezer facility. This might be worth upgrading in the future.
