Summary: The Apartment is really great, very well equipped, everything you need and more is there! Very quiet and extremely clean. We felt home from the beginning. We would come again and recommend Cozy Apartment to everybody travelling with Family and does not want to spend so much money at a hotel. Aldi is just around the corner and so are many Restaurants and the RER Train Station that we used one day to get to Disneyland (just one stop) and a 45 min ride to Paris Downtown (Charles de Gaulle station, to Arc de triomph) on the other day. You can definitely get around very well without a car, which is very safe at the apartments parkinglot. Only thing to consider (and which made me a little nervous at the beginning) the owners strictly communicate only over the third party FeWo or Vrbo app which did not work for me to respond. So I wrote my questions over Expedía Messenger Service but did not get a response here. You would just have to wait until one day before your reservation to get their email with Check in instructions (over FeWo/Vrbo). Again, I could not respond but I got all the necesary info that we needed to get into the Apartment (step by step and do not get nervous with the lockboxes, you will get inside!)

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the instructions for the keys were great. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. Apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. Great basement for the car to be locked away in. We visited Paris and Disneyland via the train from here, which was easy to do. Great restaurants and food shops close by. . Thank you.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. Location was great for us as we were attending rowing events at the Paris Olympics that were nearby and some of us also visited Disneyland. The host was very responsive. The flat was perfect. Would highly recommend it.

Summary: It is a nice apartment, well suited for small children due to a plain interior - meaning: no odds-and-ends. The separate parking space is a great asset. The opportunities of the vicinity are just fine. We'd like to visit this place again. A slight downside arose since it wasn't clear to us whether some issues in the apartment required maintenance on infrastructure. When staying just fo a few days you don't want to feel responsible for that.

Summary: Nice 2 bedroom apartment near Eurodisney Parks. Apartment is well suited for a family of 4 (can accommodate extra 2 in a living room pullout coach). Open full kitchen and living/dinning room, master bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, washroom and toilet. One parking spot on basement garage. This apartment is situated in a residential area with grocery and other stores in walking distance. Easy to commute to Disney parks by car or by RER (best option - one stop away and around 15€ round trip for a family of 4). Walk to RER station takes 15 minutes or park your car at Val d'Europe/Auchan mall (free parking) and take a 2 minute walk to the train station. Also easy to take the same train to downtown Paris (takes you directly to Thriumph Arch!) All in all, good value for your money!
