Positive: Clean, plenty of space and lovely facilities. Host was very welcoming and lovely to chat to. If you don't mind a walk, it's an easy flat walk into the city - if following Google maps follow the route via the lake and down Rawcliffe Lane, it's much nicer - I walked in every day - Maps says 55 minutes to the Minster but it was a 45 minute brisk walk for me. Otherwise the Rawcliffe park and ride is close by.
Negative: Nothing, I'd stay again.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful little place ,every little detail has been thought of from little snacks and cool drinks and milk in the fridge to toiletries,fans provided too for us warm bloods :) Colette is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to help even providing lifts as and when needed Yes it is a flat under her home but she leaves you to your own devices and we honestly never heard a thing The garden area is so cute and looks beautiful lit up on an evening the fire fly lights are jst beautiful so relaxing Spotlessly clean place and smells divine We are 100% going back hopefully over the Christmas period to see the garden beautifully lit up Lovely chilled weekend in york made much better by a very accommodating host :)

Positive: Very clean. nice complimentary snacks and drinks on arrival. Host was very welcoming and informative and even took us into York for a evening cruise. Full use of hot tub which was set in a lovely garden with lights at night. Couldn’t wish for anything more. This is now our secret get away and would definitely recommend to anybody else. We will be coming back in September just need to get dates for time of work Thank you so much

Positive: The flat was spotless when we arrived, there were complimentary snacks and water. The outside garden area was beautiful and private. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Colette was a wonderful host and she even offered to drive us to the York town centre. Overall, what a wonderful place to spend our anniversary. Thank you Colette!!

Positive: Loved the garden with all of the lights and hot tub. Apartment was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally helpful and even gave us a lift into town. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in the local area as well as being within easy reach of central York.

Positive: Beautifully decorated, lovely hot tub, comfy bed. Collette couldn't do enough for us, took us into town twice gave us advice when to get taxis, eat and had us laughing loads but still gave us privacy. We can't wait to come back. Thank you collette x love Becci and Andy x
