Positive: Clean and cozy. Nice decor. Lovely neighbourhood and I like how close it is to convenience and to Mandurah. Host is friendly and prompt in responding. The kitchen facilities is top notch. Enjoyed my stay a lot.

Negative: The lockbox was in an extremely awkward position and I couldn't open it. There needs to be a blind in the kitchen and on the door as it's fairly bright through there. A bedside light would be helpfull. Aside from that it was very comfortable

Positive: Absolutely beautifully done extension to the main house. Decor and finishings were amazing. Kitchenette was small but fully equipt and managed to make a lovely meal.
Negative: Was a little unsure about the property being connected to the main house. Was expecting a separate dwelling. Found the house noise a little uncomfortable at the start, plus was aware of the noise we were making being heard inside the house.
Summary: Beautiful, great location but the main house is only a door away

Positive: The property is brand-new, very clean, and fully equipped. The interior is beautifully designed, and I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect for me, since I needed to get around Perth (both train and car are options), and there were plenty of dining options at the shopping center across the street. Even though I didn’t need to contact Bradley, he consistently checked in via text to make sure my stay was going smoothly. I recommend it 100%
Summary: I couldn't have asked for anything better for a short stay near Perth.
