Positive: The property is in a great location. Despite being on the road it was very quiet. A short walk to the local co-op was really convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Having access to a washing machine was really handy also.
Negative: All the windows but the one in the bathroom have blinds? I would really recommend one be installed as the bathroom overlooks a residence at the back. While the window is frosted, I would still feel exposed if showering.

Positive: The apartment is very well equipped with a full kitchen and the space in the apartment is organised brilliantly with a lot of room downstairs and even a small dining table for breakfast or other meals. Host was easy to contact through the Booking.com app, responded quickly and let us extend our stay by one night at short notice.
Negative: I think the single complaint I would make is that the small bedroom upstairs retains the heat a little too well. Even with the window open it was a struggle to keep the heat down. Probably very comfy in winter. Admittedly we visited in August during the higher temperatures so the whole apartment was quite warm. I was comfortable in the main bedroom but my son had to move to the sofa bed downstairs as it was a bit cooler.
Summary: A fantastic and well equipped apartment in a convenient spot in Calverton!

Positive: Everything. A lot of thought has gone into the furniture, fixtures and the household supplies you might need. It's the best we've ever stayed in and I don't think there was anything else we needed. Tea, coffee, sugar and all the cleaning products you might need for a stay. The whole apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and has a quirky design but so much attention to detail and great shower. We had a great stay. Parking on the street wasn't an issue for us. As we have family nearby we didn't cook or eat at the property but all the necessary equipment was there and shops nearby.
Negative: Couldn't find the bins for the property so ended up taking our rubbish away with us. No outside space, not a problem for us but may be for others. Plenty of green space around the area.
