The hut boasts a cosy double bed with crisp white cotton bedding , underfloor heating with luxury shower, T.V and internet access for two people looking for a relaxing getaway. It has a flushing WC with hot and cold running water, a microwave, fridge freezer, tea / coffee facilities. There is also a preparation area for simple food including a belling hob and saucepans etc if you choose to cook from home within the small living area. Outside boasts a luxury hot tub newly installed set in a patio area overlooking rambling fields and views to Norton Hill. The village has a farm shop open on Saturday mornings for fresh home produced meats, sausages , eggs and vegetables. Friday night boasts the ‘village pub night in the local hall which is very popular, and you are on the doorstep for walks along rural lanes and beautiful countryside with the severn way and the river parallel to the hill leading you all the way to Tewkesbury town on foot. After exploring the various surrounding walks available you can return to the hut and relax and soak in the tub sipping bubbly for a night sat under the stars on the outside decking area listening to the wildlife in the surrounding fields.
Immediately outside your back door is Norton Hill which leads you to an exceptional local pub , The Red Lion ‘ within 35-40 minutes walk. ‘The New Dawn’ Norton which is 7-8 minutes drive for delicious lunches, fine dining and Sunday lunches. The hut is sited in an ideal rural location 20mins for Cheltenham, 10 mins to Gloucester and 15 mins to Tewkesbury. Perfect for 3 Counties show , all Cheltenham festivals and The Famous Cheltenham Races and 3 Choirs events .
NB. Just a quick note regarding Cheltenham races, we are 20 minutes away from the race course and taxis’s in the day from here are advised to book as early as possible from £30.00. Please contact for more details.

Summary: Amazing stay, very clean and well supplied hut. The location was lovely with clear directions from the host and nice walks and pubs in the local area. We had no issues and would definitely recommend coming here.

Summary: Warm and cosy property with beautiful views. It was lovely to be able to drink coffee on the decking and absorb the view and watch the robins. The host is extremely welcoming and kind. The kitchen is a microwave and a portable 2 ring electric hob so cooking is not easy and we set off the smoke alarm while frying eggs. The pub is great though

Summary: The shepherds hut was immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. The host made the experience very smooth and easy and there were lots of lovely and thoughtful extras. The shepherds hut is next to the host's house so it isn't very remote but it's a qreat stop off on the way to Wales for example. It's also very handy to be able to walk to two pubs! Overall a great stay!
