Positive: Excellent location, good communication, clean, great shower, very functional and comfortable.
Negative: We would like to have spare toilet rolls, bin bags, more towels. Also, the vaccum cleaner bag needs replacing. With these small changes, it will be a perfect 10

Positive: Right in the middle of a medieval town. Quiet. Well appointed unit. Parking 50 m away is excellent.
Negative: Steep steps in a dark stairwell is always challenging with baggage.

Positive: Lovely flat with a clever layout, warm and newly refurbished, very well equipped, - particularly if travelling with a baby / toddler. The baby cot comes with a proper mattress and the apartment even has a high chair, potty, books, some toys and baby bath. A saviour for families who always have to carry everything with them from home…! Free parking is available in a square just behind the flat.
Negative: It would have been nice to receive coffee pods for the coffee machine that was in the flat.
