Positive: Location to train station was great. Power shower was great. Bits and pieces in apartment like salt, oils, tea and coffee great.
Negative: Only one working light in bathroom out of 6. No tea towels in kitchen. Sink tap was moveable. Only one wine glass as the other had a massive crack in it and was still in cupboard. Only two mugs. Very strict on check in time-only accommodation I have ever know in my 20 years of travel to not try and accommodate us.
Summary: Fine but won’t be rebooking next year when I come again for the annual mid Sussex marathon

Positive: Key attributes for me were the lift and the short walk to Haywards Heath station. There is a huge Sainsbury's along the way, so that was a bonus, as was the Waitrose supermarket by the station. The flat was everything I expected and very light and pleasant. There is a good pub and good Indian takeaway in the station area also. The flat has its own reserved parking space which is very helpful. I liked Haywards Heath more than I expected and found it very pleasant to walk around.
Negative: Without a car, other restaurants (and the main shops) are about a mile away uphill. But if you time it right, you can get a bus outside Sainsbury's (with real-time info at the stop), which makes it easy, except that there are no buses there on Sundays. I struggled to understand the heating and cooker controls in the flat, but got there eventually. Some advisory notes may have helped.
Summary: I had lots to do during my stay; the flat's comfortable size and its location made everything easy
